The E8 team begins working from the moment the engagement starts. During the first month, we develop the core strategy for the project. At the same time, we activate a short-term strategy that allows us to start generating results immediately, while building a scalable growth system for the medium term.
While our primary focus is digital, we approach marketing as a complete ecosystem. That’s why we act as a central coordination hub for all of our clients’ marketing efforts — including partnerships for influencer marketing, PR, BTL, free press, OOH, and other initiatives when they are part of the growth strategy.

Each client is supported by a multidisciplinary team composed of a Creative Director, a Social Media Manager, a Paid Media Specialist, a Project Manager, a Video Content Creator, and a Designer. This team operates as a fully integrated, dedicated external marketing department.

Our approach is fully aligned with the client’s growth, which is why our compensation is based on the team’s service and execution — not on incentivizing higher ad spend.
